Dr. Carter has a great balance of humor and seriousness. His bedside manner is top notch and his experience is unapparelled to many others. I appreciate his thoroughness and quality. He is quick to act and treat in the most effective way possible, without delay. But, what really touched me, is that he prayed with me for guidance in my treatment.
