Dr. Carter and his staff are very knowledgeable and courteous; however, yesterday I was there 2 1/2 hours just for yearly checkup. That’s too long to wait.

He’s the best eye doctor I’ve had and I don’t think I’ll ever have to look for another as long as he has me for a patient. I love that he speaks Spanish and does a good job at it I’ll give him a an A+ on his Spanish language. And his staff are all wonderful people ♥️

I have been a patient of Dr. Carter’s for many years - through extremely successful cataract surgeries and many thoroughly conducted examinations to insure my vision is the best it can be. He has my complete trust. He readily shares his knowledge with me concerning my diagnoses. He maintains a very positive outlook on life.
