The technician was experienced in her job. Dr. Troy was somewhat abrupt about my eye problem. I believe the eye drops will help and he told me to get a CPAP. A CPAP has to be gotten with a doctor’s prescription. This left me feeling frustrated and not really sure he cared about my problem with my eye. I left with drops and advice that was not helpful in reality. I just did not think he listened to me in his hurry to give me an unrealistic solution. I will go back to him as he does know his area of expertise but his manner of talking to me was very frustrating.

From the time I made the appointment to the time I completed the eye exam I was totally impressed. Pleasant atmosphere together with knowledgeable staff and really great doctor. I had a regular eye exam (reading chart on wall) followed by an exam of eyes and pictures taken of a spot inside my eye. Then I was given an explanation and evaluation of results by the “Doctor”! Can’t remember the last time I had a Doctor appointment that came even close!

The doctor and staff could not have been nicer. Dr. Carter discovered I needed to see a specialist and made every effort to help me get an appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Carter's office for your eye care needs.
