Doctor Charter is the absolute best! Not only is he the best Opthamologist, he is also a Christian! He truly cares for his patients and you can't beat that! My wife and I would NOT go to anyone else! God Bless our Dr. Troy Carter!

Dr Troy L Carter and all of his staff are wonderful! I had a severe eye irritation and went to his office, hoping they would let me see Dr Carter without an appointment. They did so, and the wait was only about an hour. He checked my eye and found a tear on my cornea! He gave me a contact to wear for a few days, putting it in for me without hesitation. The effect was immediate! No more pain! He also prescribed an antibiotic ophthalmic solution, and scheduled a follow-up in three days. He has kept a close eye on my diabetic retinopathy for eight years, and I highly recommend Dr Carter as a highly competent and extremely impressive ophthalmologist.
